Russia has launched three satellites Monday, expanding its globalement navigation satellite system, Glonass. Legoschin informait que le service de sauvetage russe utilise le système américain semblable GPS déjà depuis certaines années à part GLONASS à quoi ces restrictions étaient supprimées déjà tôt.
