L'UE et South la Corée sign research cooperation agreements
The European l'union signed two scientific cooperation agreements with one the world’s es à la diète growing research powers - the Republic of la Corée - on le 22 novembre.
The science et technology (S&T) agreement veut enable researchers from l'UE the et South la Corée to participate dans one another’s research programmes et protects intellectual property rights (IPR), while a specific agreement on fusion energy research veut promote collaboration dans fusion research programmes. This is intended to complement work within the Au niveau international Thermonuclear Expérimental Reactor (ITER) project, to which both l'UE the et South la Corée are party. The new agreements can only enhance the cooperation that is already ongoing l'UE between et South Korean researchers.
