The Swiss enterprise U blox has announced a chip which can use the signals of the American GPS satellite as well as the European Galileo of satellite-navigation system. The chip covers a surface of 100 qmm and works with 50 canals, according to manufacturer's data with an acquisition and Tracking delicacy of-160 dBm. He supports for the improvement of the GPS signal to used enlargement systems (satellite-Based Augmentation of system) Wide area Augmentation system (WAAS) and the EGNOS thought for Galileo (European Geostationary navigation Overlay service) as well as with MSAS the Japanese counterpart to the EGNOS system in Europe. Er unterstützt die zur Verbesserung des GPS-Signals genutzten Erweiterungssysteme (Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems) Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) und das für Galileo gedachte EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service) sowie mit MSAS das japanische Pendant zum EGNOS-System in Europa.
